Baylee Morrison, Co-Owner

With nearly 10 years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry, Baylee has built a
reputation for operational mastery and deep technical knowledge. She's held nearly every key position in the business—Project Manager, Insurance Claims Specialist, Director of Administration, Director of Operations—and most recently served for four years as General Manager of a multi-million dollar roofing company. Baylee is well-versed in residential, commercial, and fortified roofing systems and works
closely with a highly skilled crew experienced in TPO, EPDM, metal roofing, architectural shingles, and both GAF and CertainTeed systems. Her leadership style is defined by proactive problem-solving, calm under pressure, and an innate ability to explain complex roofing and insurance processes with clarity and professionalism.
At Olympus, Baylee oversees estimating, scheduling, project management, and daily
operations. Her customer-first philosophy ensures every client feels valued, informed, and confident throughout the lifecycle of their project.
Rusty Conway, Co-Owner

Rusty brings over 25 years of high-level management and operations experience to OlympusRoofing. His background spans hospital systems and senior care facilities, where he led large-scale teams and managed dozens of sites across the Southeast in roles focused on environmental safety, infectious disease control, and operations management. Rusty is a master of logistics, systems, and communication. His ability to coordinate moving parts with precision, uphold the highest standards, and inspire teams to perform at their best has already made a measurable impact on Olympus Roofing's efficiency and professionalism. Rusty's current roles include scheduling, quality control, project oversight, and financial operations. As our designated Growth & Scale Director, he is the driving force behind Olympus' long-term strategic development.
